About Us

Since

2018

Commercial Corridors Institute, Inc. (CCI) was established in 2018 with a primary mission to develop and improve low-moderate income communities and neighborhoods(to be referred to going forward as domestic urban emerging markets) through business and economic related education.

.

Our Story

Our Goal is to utilize market based best practices to positively impact the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of targeted economic development areas, initially in the Southeastern Wisconsin region but eventually throughout the United States.

CCI seeks to facilitate training that is initiated, managed, and controlled by the constituents of the local community.  Through research and advocacy, CCI seeks to function as a master community economic developer and packager of projects and activities that will increase the capacity of domestic urban emerging markets to become owners, managers, and producers of small businesses and jobs designed to reduce poverty, unemployment and curb blight in emerging markets.  CCI will integrate assets into local and regional economies to support business formation and job creation that will mitigate poverty and unemployment.
